PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a side case provided at the tip of a support arm for supporting a leveling device and encasing a bearing pivotally supporting a rotating pivot, in which a gap which foreign substances enters exists in the part where a rotating pivot protrudes, and thereby a sealing material of the side case may be damaged due to the foreign substance wound around the rotating pivot.SOLUTION: A leveling device includes: a transmission case to which power from an engine is transmitted a drive shaft protrudingly provided from a boss section projected from both side surfaces of the transmission case toward the side through an oil seal to the side a plurality of leveling rotors fixed to the drive shaft and a support arm for rotatably supporting the drive shaft.
