PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein the effects caused by the addition of a disk for removing waste straw are not expected because the waste straw is apt to be accumulated and piled up between the disk and a transmission case to prevent the rotation of the disk and to promote the accumulation of the waste straw contrarily although the disk for removing the waste straw is sometimes installed in front of the chain transmission case.SOLUTION: The rotary tiller is constituted as follows. The transmission case 11 including the transmission mechanism for supporting one terminal side of a tilling shaft 10, and rotating and associating the tilling shaft 10 is provided on one side of a tilling part, and a supporting frame 21 is provided on the front side of the transmission case 11. A disk 24 tilted in the plane view so that the front terminal edge may be positioned in the outside direction of the tilling part based on the rear terminal edge, and rotating around a horizontal shaft is provided at the supporting frame 21.
