The present invention is a technique for increasing the eritadenine content by activating the mitochondria of mushroom using a special mixed composition for increasing the eritadenine content in the mushroom. A method for cultivating a mushroom to increase the eritadenin content according to the present invention comprises the steps of (A) preparing an oak seedlings having a skin, (B) forming a seedling hole in the wood, (C) the timber (alley) into which the shiitake mushroom seeds have been introduced is laid down under conditions of 60% to 70% of shade and 40% to 30% of sunshine, and after 15 days, (D) stepping up the alley to the fallen season from November to December or February of the following year, and (D) cultivating the logs that have grown mycelia at least 80% E) dissolving the mixed composition according to the present invention in water to produce a mixed composition solution； and (F) repeatedly spraying the resulting mixed composition solution to the alley at intervals of 15 days until harvesting .본 발명은 표고버섯 내의 에리타데닌(Eritadenine) 함량을 높이기 위한 특수 혼합조성물을 활용하여, 표고버섯의 미토콘드리아(Mitochondria)를 활성화하여, 에리타데닌(Eritadenine)함량을 증가시키기 위한 기술이다. 본 발명에 의한 에리타데닌 함량을 증가시키기 위한 표고버섯 재배 방법은, (A) 표피가 있는 참나무 원복을 준비하는 단계와, (B) 상기 원목에 종균구멍을 형성하고, 형성된 종균구멍에 표고버섯 종균을 투입하여 접종하는 단계와, (C) 상기 표고버섯 종균이 투입된 원목(골목)을 음지 60%~70%, 양지 40%~30%의 조건하에서 본 눕히기를 하고, 15일 이후에 일주일 간격으로 1번씩 살수를 통해 접종목 관리를 수행하는 단계와, (D) 균사가 80% 이상 성장한 종균활착이 된 원목을 11월~12월 또는 익년 2월인 추계기에 골목세우기를 진행하는 단계와, (E) 물속에 본 발명에 의한 혼합조성물을 녹여서 혼합조성물 용액을 생성하는 단계와, (F) 상기 생성된 혼합조성물 용액을 수확 전까지 15일 간격으로 골목에 반복적으로 살포하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는데 있다.
