The present invention is a nasal respiratory assembly and methods of using the same wherein the assembly comprises a mask, a ventilator hose and a strap. The mask has a top surface, a base, an exhaust port having a one-way valve and two rotatable intake ports. The hose has a first end and a second end adapted to be received by the first and second intake ports, and at least a third end to connect to the ventilator. The hose and/or the mask further contain a rotatable medication delivery port to allow treatment delivery in close proximity to the patient.; The rotatable intake ports are located on either side of the mask so that the pressurized air is not delivered directly into the patient's nasal cavities.
