The device (1) comprises a male tubular segment (2) solidly connected to a cylindrical rod (4) and to a female tubular segment (3), such that it comprises an articulated structure (13) that in turn comprises an upper flat bar (14) and a lower flat bar (15), both of said flat bars (14, 15) being joined at an articulation point (16), and an inverted U-shaped part (11) joined to the upper flat bar (14) at one end and to the male tubular segment (2), the lateral movements of the male tubular segment (2) being controlled by the actuation of the upper flat bar (14), ensuring the connection while remaining coupled to the adjacent segment.
