PURPOSE: A film having a tissue fixation function is provided to offer improved bio compatibility, physical strength, flexibility, and processing easiness of the film to wounds for promoting the healing of the wounds. CONSTITUTION: A film having a tissue fixation function includes a base layer and a functional layer. The base layer is obtained by the Michael type addition reaction between a polymer derivative having a thiol functional group and a polymer derivative having an acryl functional group. The functional layer is obtained by mixing hydrogel cross-linked by the Michael type addition reaction between polymers having the acryl functional group and the thiol functional group with a cell adhesives bio-activation material. The functional layer is formed on one or both sides of the base layer.우수한 유착방지성능과 손상 조직에 부착되는 기능을 가진 유착방지제는 임플란트 이후에 수술한 조직부위에 고정되어 유착방지 기능을 효과적으로 제공할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 필름형 유착방지제는 아크릴 작용기를 가지는 고분자 유도체, 특히 다당류 화합물 유도체와 싸이올 작용기를 가지는 고분자 유도체, 특히 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 유도체의 마이클 타입 첨가반응에 의하여 형성되는 가교화된 하이드로젤로 된 기저층, 및 상기 기저층의 한 면 또는 양 면 상에, 콜라겐과 같은 세포부착성 생체활성물질의 존재 하에서, 아크릴 작용기를 가지는 고분자 유도체, 특히 다당류 화합물 유도체와 싸이올 작용기를 가지는 고분자 유도체, 특히 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 유도체 사이의 마이클 타입 첨가반응에 의하여 가교화된 하이드로젤과 생체활성물질이 복합화 된 기능층을 포함한다.
