The present invention relates to a hair-dyeing composition and a preparing method thereof. The hair-dyeing composition according to the present invention comprises 0.6-1.5 weight% of silver nitrate as a hair-dyeing agent, optionally 0.3-0.9 weight% of silver sulfate, 10-18 weight% of a thickener, 1-3 weight% of an emulsifier and the rest balance of purified water. The hair-dyeing composition of the present invention is colored by the photo energy, thereby having little scalp irritation, and colors throughout the outer surface and the inner surface of the hair cuticle, thereby preventing the damage of hair cuticle, destroy of melanin pigments in the cortical cell, or leakage of intercalation compounds toward the outsideof hair cuticle, and having no concerns of hair damage. Also, the hair-dyeing composition of the present invention provides hair with gloss and shine, has little irritation against the scalp, shows an excellent hair tinting strength and fastness, and allows to dye hair in various colors from light brown to dark gray. Furthermore, the hair-dyeing composition is composed of one formulation, which has high use convenience and excellent preservation over time.본 발명은 염모 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 본 발명에 따른 염모 조성물은 염모제로서의 질산은 0.6~1.5중량%와, 선택적으로 황산은 0.3~0.9중량%와, 점증제 10~18중량%와, 유화제 1~3중량% 및 잔부(balance)가 정제수로 구성되고, 본 발명의 염모 조성물은 광에너지에 의해 발색되므로 두피 자극성이 거의 없고 모발 모소피층의 외표면 및 내표면 영역에 걸쳐 착색이 이루어지므로 모소피층의 손상이나 모피질 내 멜라닌 색소의 파괴나 층간 물질의 모소피층 외부로의 유출이 없으므로 모발 손상 우려가 없음은 물론, 모발에 광택과 윤기를 부여하며, 두피에 대한 자극성이 거의 없고, 우수한 모발 착색력과 견뢰도를 나타내며, 연갈색으로부터 흑회색에 이르기까지 다양한 색상으로의 염색이 가능하고, 1제형만으로 이루어지므로 높은 사용 편의성을 가짐과 아울러, 우수한 경시(經時) 보관성을 가진다.
