PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator for uterine cancer intracavitary irradiation in which a three-dimensional ultrasound image of less noise and high resolution can be obtained while being low cost and simple in comparison with CT and MRI, the resolution of soft tissue is high in comparison with the CT, time and labor are not taken in imaging in comparison with the MRI, there is no need to move a patient to an examination room for imaging like the CT and the MRI, and therefore the slippage or detachment of an intracavitary irradiation applicator is never caused, and it is highly accurate and safe, and provide a radiation treatment planning method of the uterine cancer and a radiation treatment planning device of the uterine cancer.SOLUTION: An applicator 21 for uterine cancer intracavitary irradiation is provided which is used for intracavitary irradiation of the uterine cancer and has an ultrasonic probe 41 for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic wave. The applicator has the uterine radiation irradiation uterine applicator and a vagina radiation irradiation vagina applicator, and preferably, the uterine applicator may be an embodiment having a probe 40 with the ultrasonic probe being built therein, and the probe with the ultrasonic probe may be the embodiment being rotatable and being movable in an axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】CTやMRIに比べて安価でかつ簡便でありながら、ノイズが少なく分解能の高い三次元超音波画像が得られると共に、CTに比べて軟部組織の分解能が高く、MRIに比べて撮影に時間や労力がかからず、CTやMRIのように撮影のために患者を検査室まで移動する必要がないので、腔内照射アプリケータのズレや外れ等が生じることがなく、正確でかつ安全性が高い子宮癌腔内照射用アプリケータ、子宮癌の放射線治療計画方法及び子宮癌の放射線治療計画装置の提供。【解決手段】子宮癌の腔内照射に用いられ、超音波を送受波する超音波探触子41を有する子宮癌腔内照射用アプリケータ21である。子宮放射線照射子宮用アプリケータと、膣放射線照射膣用アプリケータとを有し、子宮用アプリケータが、超音波探触子付きプローブ40を内蔵する態様、超音波探触子付きプローブが、回転可能でありかつ軸方向に移動可能である態様などが好ましい。【選択図】図2
