PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deer repellent sound-generating device that can generate a deer repellent sound capable of effectively repelling deer, and to provide a deer intrusion prevention system in a railroad track using the deer repellent sound-generating device, and to provide a vehicle using the deer repellent sound-generating device.SOLUTION: A deer repellent sound-generating device 10 can emit a sweep sound having frequency change with passage of time from a speaker 20 connected with the deer repellent sound generating device 10 at least in a partial frequency range of a frequency range of 1 kHz or more and 10 kHz or less. The deer repellent sound-generating device 10 is installed in an operators cab of a train vehicle and the speaker 20 is installed in a front part of the vehicle, and a deer repellent sound is emitted during traveling of the train.
