An enteric-coated hard capsule is provided, which is made by coating a hard capsule with a sealing structure and an enteric-coating having a specific composition. The enteric-coated hard capsule is insoluble and keeps intact in stomach and small intestine however, it can be dissolved in colon and release the activated carbon microparticles in situ, so as to selectively absorb small, protein-bound compounds such as indole, indoxyl sulfate,p-cresol, hippuric acid and so on.
