An enteric-coated hard capsule structure is provided, which is made by coating a hard capsule with a sealing structure and an enteric-coating. The enteric-coated hard capsule structure is insoluble and keeps intact in stomach and small intestine however, it can be dissolved in colon and release the activated carbon microparticles in situ, so as to selectively absorb small, protein-bound compounds such as indole, indoxyl sulfate,p -cresol, hippuric acid and so on. In addition, the aforementioned enteric-coated hard capsule structure is also used for preventing or treating kidney or liver-related diseases.本新型提供一種具有腸溶膜衣之硬膠囊結構,其係利用封口結構與腸溶膜衣包覆硬膠囊,使此具有腸溶膜衣之硬膠囊結構於胃及小腸具有完整外型,但於大腸中可崩解並定點釋放出硬膠囊殼內之活性碳,藉此選擇性吸附小分子親蛋白質化合物,例如吲哚、硫酸吲哚酚、對甲酚、馬尿酸等。此外,所得具有腸溶膜衣之硬膠囊結構可用以預防或治療腎臟疾病或肝臟疾病。
