The present invention relates to: a labeling compositionfor a cancer lesion, comprising a complex in which a pigmentfor straining living tissues, a radioactive isotrope, or acombination thereof binds to macroaggregated albumin (MAA)； amethod for providing information regarding a cancer lesionsite using the labeling composition for a cancer lesion； alabeling kit for a cancer lesion comprising the labelingcomposition for a cancer lesion； and a complex in which apigment for straining living tissues binds to MAA included inthe labeling composition for a cancer lesion. The labelingcomposition for a cancer lesion according to the presentinvention binds to a cancer lesion to detect a site, size,and the like of the cancer lesion in real time, therebyimproving the success rate of a surgical operation for thecancer lesion and also preventing excessive loss of normaltissues. Therefore, the present invention can be widely usedfor effective anticancer therapy.
