A tumor tracking method is provided. The method includes: acquiring a tumor image at an Nth moment； determining a two-dimensional positional deviation of a tumor at the Nth moment according to the tumor image at the Nth moment and a tumor reference image corresponding to the tumor image at the Nth moment； determining a three-dimensional positional deviation of the tumor at the Nth moment according to the two-dimensional positional deviation of the tumor at the Nth moment and a predetermined two-dimensional positional deviation of the tumor at an (N−；1)th moment； and tracking the tumor according to the three-dimensional positional deviation of the tumor at the Nth moment.
