The present invention relates to a portable artificial respirator which has a compact structure without an opening or closing device such as a valve to be easily carried around and presses the lung and rib cage from the inside through the oral cavity and other organs of the human body in case of an emergency. The portable artificial respirator has a flexible air chamber which is a tube chamber having an open air path formed only on the lower part and has multiple folding wrinkles on the main periphery to be folded and compressed by the pressure applied to the lower part and restored when the pressure is released to be inflated to the upper part. An expandable outer periphery structure is formed on the air path. A flexible silicon rubber sheet mask, which closes the back surface of the inside or the inner cavity and has a breathing hole linked to the air path formed thereon, is connected thereto.밸브(valve)와 같은 개폐장치가 없이 콤팩트하게 제작되어 휴대가 용이하며 응급상황 발생기 인체의 구강(口腔)과 기관(氣管)을 통하여 폐 ·흉곽을 내부에서 가압(加壓)하도록 한 휴대용 인공호흡기가 제공된다. 상기 휴대용 인공호흡기는 개구된 공기통로가 하부에만 형성된 통형상 챔버로, 주연부에는 다수의 접철 주름이 형성되어 하부로 작용하는 압력에 의해 접철되어 압축되고 상기 압력 해제에 상기 접철이 복구되어 상부로 팽창되는 가요성 공기 챔버를 가지며, 상기 공기통로에는 팽창 가능한 외주연 구주물을 가지며 내부 또는 내강의 뒷면을 밀폐하고 상기 공기통로와 연통되는 호흡구멍이 형성된 가요성 실리콘 고무시트재료의 마스크가 연결되어 구성된다.
