The present invention relates to a novel process for the isolation of unique anti-oxidative glycoproteins from the pH precipitated fractions of enzymatic extracts of brown algae. Two brown seaweeds viz, Fucus serratus and Fucus vesiculosus were hydrolysed by using 3 enzymes viz, Alcalase, Viscozyme and Termamyl and the glycoproteins were isolated from these enzyme extracts.La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé visant à isoler des glycoprotéines antioxydantes uniques de fractions précipitées à un pH dextraits enzymatiques dalgues brunes. Deux algues brunes, à savoir, Fucus serratus et Fucus vesiculosus ont été hydrolysées au moyen de 3 enzymes, à savoir, Alcalase, Viscozyme et Termamyl et les glycoprotéines ont été isolées de ces extraits denzymes.
