PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug, food and so forth capable of uptaking its large amount in one administration without causing burden in daily administration, and highly safe, more strong suppression of blood glucose elevation, and highly preventive or improving effect on hyperleptinemia, hyperinsulinemia and lipid metabolism.
SOLUTION: The suppressor of blood glucose elevation composed of such as chlorogenic acids, preferably at wt. ratios of 120/1 to 1/1 for monocaffeoylquinic acid/dicaffeoylquinic acid.
