The present invention comprises: a main body including a transmitter for transmitting a transmission signal to a probe at a transmission interval and a receiver for receiving a reception signal from the probe at a reception interval； and a matching unit for matching the impedance between the main body and the probe at the transmission interval and for matching the impedance at the reception interval in a different manner from matching at the transmission interval. The ultrasound diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention matches impedance between the probe and the main body according to a diagnostic environment without any restriction on various diagnostic environments.임피던스 매칭을 위한 초음파 진단장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 초음파 진단장치는 다양한 진단환경에 제약 없이 진단환경 별로 프로브와 본체 간 임피던스를 매칭한다.
