Provided is an image matching device which comprises: a feature extracting unit configured to extract a first feature group from a first image and to extract a second feature group from a second image； a feature converting unit configured to convert the second feature group to correspond to the first feature group by using a converted neural network in which a correlation between features is learned so as to obtain a converted group； and a matching unit configured to match the first image and the second image based on the converted group and the first feature group.
