PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional three-point marker method, wherein not only references of three points are not accurate in the first positioning but also the center of the three points is not a visual axis, wherein the divergence of a reference axis is so large that the axis is easily diverged by an angle of about 10 degrees, and wherein the work during a surgery is complicated to take a long time.SOLUTION: In the two-point marking method, a two-point astigmatic axis is marked on a cornea with a clinical slit lamp before the surgery, and an image of an anterior eye region is captured. Divergence between a target astigmatic axis and the marked astigmatic axis is checked in advance, and the axis of an intraocular lens is adjusted to the marks during the surgery. In this way, the divergence is corrected by the two-point marking method.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の3点マーカー法は、最初の位置決めをする際、3か所の基準が正確ではないばかりか3か所の中心が視軸とはならず、基準軸のバラツキが大きく、10°程度は簡単にずれるという欠点があった。
