The present invention relates to a toothbrush holder for sterilizing a toothbrush using microwaves of a microwave oven. An objective of the present invention is to provide a fixed toothbrush holder which is economical and durable by solving the hygienic limitation of the existing toothbrush holder. A toothbrush holder body is made of a polypropylene material that can be used in microwave ovens and has a mesh on the top, bottom and both sides for good ventilation. When the toothbrush is not to be sterilized, the toothbrush holder is inserted and fixed to a wall fixing plate, and when the toothbrush is to be sterilized, the toothbrush holder with the toothbrush is inserted into a microwave oven which is then operated for about 3 minutes, thereby leading to a disinfecting effect.
