PURPOSE: A three-dimensional structure, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to manufacture the three-dimensional having enough strength, to control the shape of the three-dimensional structure, and to manufacture the three-dimensional structure using a biocompatible material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a three-dimensional structure comprises: a step(S100) forming a mold using a micro light molding device； a step(S110) forming slurry by mixing nano-sized powder and a photo-crosslinkable resin； a step(S120) injecting the slurry into the mold； and a step(S130) sintering the mold in which the slurry is inserted. An apparatus for manufacturing the three-dimensional structure comprises: a micro light molding device for forming the mold； a device for forming the slurry by mixing the nano-sized powder and the photo-crosslinkable resin； a slurry injection device； and a sintering furnace for sintering the mold.본 발명은 3차원 구조체, 그 제조 방법 및 제조 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 마이크로 광 조형장치를 이용하여 몰드를 형성하는 단계와, 나노 크기의 분말과 광 경화성 수지를 혼합하여 슬러리를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 슬러리를 상기 몰드에 주입하는 단계와, 상기 슬러리가 주입된 상기 몰드를 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 3차원 구조체의 제조 방법을 제공한다.본 발명에 따르면 충분한 강도를 가지며 제어 가능한 형상을 가지는 3차원 구조체를 제조할 수 있고, 생체에 적합한 재료를 이용하여 3차원 구조체를 제조할 수 있다.
