The present invention provides a non fermented beer-like foaming beverage having beer-like bitterness and good foam quality when no hop is used. The present inventions are a non fermented beer-like foaming beverage containing naringin and saponin, the above non fermented beer-like foaming beverage produced by using no hop, either of the above non fermented beer-like foaming beverage produced by using no malt, and any one of the above non fermented beer-like foaming beverages further containing at least one member selected from the group consisting of acidulant and colorant.本發明提供一種即便於不以啤酒花作為原料之情形時亦具有類似啤酒之苦味與良好之泡沫品質的非醱酵之類啤酒發泡性飲料。本發明係含有柚苷與皂苷之非醱酵之類啤酒發泡性飲料，不使用啤酒花作為原料所製造之上述非醱酵之類啤酒發泡性飲料，不使用麥芽作為原料所製造之上述任一種非醱酵之類啤酒發泡性飲料，以及進而含有選自由酸味料及著色料所組成之群中之1種以上之上述任一種非醱酵之類啤酒發泡性飲料。
