PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-usable bone anchoring device, holding sleeve, and screw, regardless of reliably holding the screw, allowing an operator to easily view a position in which the screw is threadedly inserted into the bone.SOLUTION: When a projection 152b and a projection 121b are engaged, a screw 150 and a sleeve 121 become impossible to rotate relative to each other, and, when a female screw 152a and a male screw 132a are threadedly engaged, the screw 150 is reliably held thereby to prevent the screw 150 from carelessly fall from a holding sleeve.
