FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. In method realisation synchronous registration of chest surface oscillations is carried out by means of two sensors, one of which registers oscillation displacement, the other one registers dynamic force on the surface of chest. Responses of sensors are processed by differentiation of response of oscillation displacement sensor to response, proportional to oscillation rate, formation of responses of oscillation rate and dynamic force to their amplitude maximums, calculation of complex mutual spectrum between normalised responses of oscillation rate and dynamic force and determination of material part of complex mutual spectrum of said responses. Registration of oscillations is performed by combined receiver, which contains case, rigid stethoscopic nozzle of conic profile, two sensors and unit of processing. One of sensors represents microphone, installed in nozzle throat. Second sensor is a circular longitudinally deformable piezotransducer, installed on the bottom of stethoscopic nozzle. Back side of piezotransducer is loaded with circular massive overlay, which provides access to microphone and fixed to receiver case. Overlay and receiver case are separated from mechanical contact with stethoscopic nozzle. Unit of processing includes differentiating device, switched to microphone outlet, with outlet of differentiating device being switched to first inlet of calculator of mutual spectrum, to second inlet of which piezotransducer electrodes are switched.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase noise-protectiveness of registration of respiratory sounds on persons chest surface, that is to increase reliability of obtained diagnostic information due to simultaneous suppression of acoustic noise and contact vibration effects.2 cl, 3 dwgИзобретение относится к медицине.
