PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image photographing device having a thin shape, a light weight and excellent convenience, while keeping strength necessary for protecting an X-ray detection sensor arranged within the X-ray image photographing device.SOLUTION: The X-ray image photographing device having an X-ray generator for irradiating an X-ray toward a subject includes: a first casing having an X-ray receiving part composed of a member with high X-ray transmittance a cushioning material arranged so as not to form a gap with the first casing for relaxing a load in the direction of X-ray irradiation by the X-ray generator an X-ray detection sensor arranged so as not to form a gap with the cushioning material for detecting the X-ray which permeated through the subject via the X-ray receiving part a support member whose support surface supporting the X-ray detection sensor is arranged not to form a gap with the X-ray detection sensor, and whose surface opposite to the support surface has at least one projecting part formed thereon and a second casing having a recessed part which fits to the projecting part formed on the support member and restraining the movement of the support member in the direction perpendicular to the direction of X-ray irradiation by fitting of the projecting part and the recessed part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 X線画像撮影装置の内部に配置されるX線検出センサを保護するために必要な強度を確保しつつ、装置の薄型化、軽量化を実現し、利便性に優れたX線画像撮影装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 被写体にX線を照射するX線発生装置を有するX線画像撮影装置は、X線透過率の高い部材により構成されるX線受光部を有する第一の筐体と、第一の筐体に対して隙間が無いように配置され、X線発生装置のX線照射方向の荷重を緩和する緩衝材と、緩衝材に対して隙間が無いように配置され、X線受光部を介して、被写体を透過したX線を検出するX線検出センサと、X線検出センサに対してX線検出センサを支持する支持面が隙間の無いように配置され、支持面とは反対側の面には少なくとも1つの凸部が形成されている支持部材と、支持部材に形成された凸部と嵌め合う凹部を有し、凸部と凹部とが嵌め合うことにより、X線照射方向に対して垂直な方向について支持部材の移動を拘束する第二の筐体と、を備える。【選択図】図1
