PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect tissue fluid from a living tissue and/or inject a liquid medicine into the living tissue and to measure an electric signal of the living tissue and/or give electric stimuli to the living tissue with one element to improve the freedom and position precision of directions and to increase the number of electrode channels without increasing volume so much.SOLUTION: The nervous electrode device has: a guide tube 11 which includes a tube part, a metal layer formed on an outer peripheral surface of the tube part, and a second insulation layer composed of a light sensitive insulation material that covers a part of the metal layer and includes an electrode area 11aa whose metal layer is exposed outside and a wiring area covered with the second insulation layer and a fluid mechanism part 12 for collecting the tissue fluid from the living tissue and/or injecting the liquid medicine into the living body.
