The present invention relates to a composition for water purification and sediment improvement, which comprises: dried yeast fungus, a photosynthetic bacteria culture fluid, an Enterococcus faecium culture fluid, a Lactobacillus plantarum culture fluid, a bifidobacteria culture fluid, and distilled water. The composition can be applied by spraying the composition to water without a use of additional components such as a carrier which causes sedimentation.
