PURPOSE: A method for freezing, thawing, and transferring of mammalian fertilized egg using single general straw is provided to combine a series of freezing, thawing, and transferring of mammalian fertilized egg and perform the same. CONSTITUTION: A method for freezing, thawing, and transferring of mammalian fertilized egg comprises the following steps: (a) The mammalian fertilized egg except for human is pre-processed to freeze. (b) As a step for loading the pre-processed mammalian fertilized egg and thawing solution onto the straw, the loading is performed in the following order. a terminal of the straw - a cotton wick - air layer - thawing solution - freezing solution including the fertilized egg - the other terminal of the straw (c) The straw loaded the mammal fertilized egg is dipped in the liquid nitrogen and frozen. (d) The frozen straw is separated from the liquid nitrogen and thawed using a body temperature. (e) The mammal fertilized egg is transferred using the thawed straw.본 발명은 세포동결용 스트로를 이용하여 포유동물 수정란의 동결, 해동 및 이식을 통합하여 행하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 스트로에 해동액을 충전하고 이 해동액과 거리를 두어 수정란이 적하되도록 함으로써, 수정란의 동결, 해동 및 이식 과정 모두가 하나의 스트로를 이용하여 가능케 하고, 수정란의 동결, 해동 및 이식 과정을 하나의 스트로를 이용하여 가능하므로 번거로운 과정이 간결하게 진행되어 시간 및 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 수정란의 동결 및 해동이 짧은 시간안에 이루어져 동결 및 해동으로 인한 수정란의 손상을 줄여 이식 후 산자율을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 방법은 매우 간단한 구조의 스트로를 이용하여 간소화된 절차로 수정란의 이식이 가능하므로, 수정란 이식 현장에서 고가의 현미경의 사용이나 숙련된 기술자의 도움 없이 수정란 이식을 행할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
