Disclosed are a mandible lateral bone fixing jig and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the jig fixes the mandible lateral bone provided with the articular head (Condyle) to the skull after performing bone cutting in the jaw operation so as to align the articular head in the the glenoid cavity (Fossa) of the temporal bone. According to the present invention, the fixation of fracture fragment between the mandible lateral bone and the front bone (body of mandible) are performed in a state where the mandible lateral bone is fixed by the mandible lateral bone fixing jig? such that the mandible lateral is not deviate from the aligned position while processing the fixation of fracture fragment between the mandible lateral bone and the front bone (body of mandible), and excessive burdeon imposed on the temporomandibular joint by deviating from the normal position after the fixation of fracture fragment can be prevented or minimized.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014본 발명은: 턱수술에서 골절단이 수행된 후에 하악의 관절두(Condyle)가 구비되는 하악 측골을 두개골에 고정시켜서, 상기 관절두를 측두골(Temporal bone)의 관절와(Fossa)에 정렬하는 하악 측골 고정용 지그 및 그 제조방법을 개시한다. 상기 하악 측골 고정용 지그는: 상기 하악 측골을 지지하기 위한 지그 몸체 상기 두개골의 일측에 고정되도록, 상기 지그 몸체의 일측에 구비되는 제1고정부 그리고 상기 하악 측골에 고정되도록, 상기 지그 몸체의 타측에 구비되는 제2고정부를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 따르면 하악 측골이 상기 하악 측골 고정용 지그에 의해 고정된 상태에서 하악 측골과 전방뼈(하악골체)간의 골편고정이 수행되므로, 하악 측골과 전방뼈(하악골체)간의 골편고정이 진행되는 중에 하악 측골이 정렬위치를 벗어나지 않으며, 골편고정 이후에 악관절이 정상적인 위치를 벗어나서 악관절에 무리가 가해지는 것을 방지 또는 최소화할 수 있다.
