The present invention relates to a feed additive containing fermented peat moss or an extract thereof as an active ingredient, and to a composition for reducing odor of livestock excretions. By adding the fermented peat moss or the extract thereof into a feed for chicken, it is possible to increase body weight and efficiency of the chicken feed, while reducing odor and an amount of ammonia emitted from chicken excretion.
