PURPOSE: A cover using a mulching vinyl and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase sweetness and qualities by reflecting lights toward every part of fruits. CONSTITUTION: A nonwoven fabric (20) is located at the upper side of a mulching vinyl (10) and makes the width smaller than the mulching vinyl. Thick parts (50) are located at both sides of the mulching vinyl by using a narrow nonwoven fabric at the upper side of the mulching vinyl. A crop cultivation ball (30) is formed in the center where the mulching vinyl and the nonwoven fabric are overlapped with a predetermined size and intervals in order to sow seeds. A syndactylism part (40) has predetermined gaps with both sides from the crop cultivation ball in order to make the mulching vinyl and nonwoven fabric into one body. The diameter of the crop cultivation ball is 100-150 mm. The thick parts are respectively 100-350 mm. The width of the mulching vinyl is 1200-2700 mm. The nonwoven fabric is 1000-2000 mm.본 발명은 과채류용 멀칭비닐을 이용한 덮개 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 멀칭비닐과 부직포를 2중으로 합지하되, 상기 멀칭비닐에 비해 폭이 작은 부직포를 포개어 상기 멀칭비닐에 밭고랑에 고정하기 위한 후육부가 마련되고, 상기 멀칭비닐과 부직포가 포개진 중앙에 소정의 크기와 일정한 간격으로 작물을 파종하기 위한 작물재배공이 구성되고, 상기 작물재배공을 중심으로 양측에 소정의 간격을 두는 합지부를 만들어 상기 합지부를 중심으로 상기 부직포를 내측으로 말거나 접을 수 있도록 구성한 덮개를 제공하여 파종한 씨앗이나 어린싹의 성장에 도움이 될 적절한 온도와 습도를 제공되도록 함으로써 과채류의 성장에 촉진되고, 양성되는 과실은 상기 부직포로 덮어주거나 위에 얹히도록 함으로써 보온력의 증가와 빛이 과실의 구석부분까지 반사되도록 함으로써 당도가 높고 빛깔이 골고루 분포된 양질의 과실을 수확할 수 있는 발명이다.
