PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board for endoscope cable connection capable of covering a signal line without enlarging an external shape and facilitating work of passing the cable in an insertion section and manufacturing method thereof, and endoscope.SOLUTION: A circuit board 32 for cable connection comprises a circuit board body 36, a connector part 37, and first and second covering members 38A and 38B. The circuit board body 36 includes first and second connection land groups 40 and 41, a stationary portion 42, and a connector part 37. The first and second covering members 38A and 38B cover over the first and second cover sites 36C and 36D of the circuit board body 36.
