PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to manage the quantity of blood remaining in a blood collecting tube.
SOLUTION: A certain blood collecting tube coupler 52 is selected out of a plurality of blood collecting tube couplers with different heights of collecting holes arranged in collecting needles, the collecting needle 26 of the certain blood collecting tube coupler 52 penetrates into a sealing lid 22 of the blood collecting tube 12 and the blood collecting tube 12 is loaded onto the blood collecting tube coupler 52. Thereafter blood in the blood collecting tube 12 in an inverted condition is taken outside through the collecting needle 26 and collected in a collecting container 36, thereby the blood of the amount according to the height of the collecting hole 28 remains in the blood collecting tube 12.
