Elle comporte un plateau de travail ajustable en hauteur par un dispositif comportant au moins un vérin (8), lequel plateau de travail est constitué d'une paroi arrière verticale (2) avec des ouvertures occultables (4) et une paroi avant basculable vers le bas constituée de volets (6). Les avantages de l'invention sont notamment l'optimisation des conditions de travail et donc de la rentabilité ainsi que l'amélioration ergonomique résultant d'un réglage en hauteur.
