PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe an anterior eye part by means of an anterior eye part observation optical system in tomographic image capturing of an anterior eye part conventionally using an adaptor for imaging an anterior eye part in an OCT apparatus for an eyeground.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises: a tomographic image capturing optical system for capturing a tomographic image of the eyeground of a subject eye an anterior eye part observation optical system which includes imaging means for imaging the anterior eye part of the subject eye and an optical head which has the optical systems incorporated therein and can have an adapter for imaging an anterior eye part to use when capturing the tomographic image of the anterior eye part, mounted to the position opposite from the subject eye.
