PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure adjustment chamber of a simple structure that readily seals an indoor space air-tightly.SOLUTION: A pressure adjustment chamber includes a chamber, a seal part 3 disposed around an opening 22, a door 4 movable among an open position, a closed position and an air-tightly sealed position, a first slide mechanism 5 for moving the door 4 in a first direction along a route connecting the open position and the closed position, a second slide mechanism 6 for moving the door 4 in a second direction B along a route connecting the closed position and the air-tightly sealed position, and a guide rail 7 for guiding the door 4. The guide rail 7 includes a first guide part formed in the first direction and guiding the door 4 in the first direction, and a second guide part formed to protrude in the second direction B and guiding the door 4 in the second direction to make the door adhere closely with the seal part 3.
