The peptides of the present invention show an effect of promoting hair growth by promoting growth of follicular cells, and increasing expressions of growth factors related to hair growth, and factors related to hair growth, and thus may be used for preventing or alleviating hair loss, promoting hair growth, and improving hair development. The peptides of the present invention exhibit an effect of promoting melanogenesis by increasing tyrosinase activity and expression, and increasing expressions of factors involved in melanogenesis, and thus may be used for preventing, alleviating, and treating melanin hypopigmentation.
