A sterile coupling device of a percutaneous surgical instrument to a rotational drive tool (5). The device comprises a flexible envelope (1) intended to confine the training tool (5), a connecting end (3), for coupling to the percutaneous surgical instrument at one end and to the training tool (5) at its other end through the casing through an opening (12) and a tubular ring (2) positioned on the inner surface of the casing (1) at the opening (12) and configured to secure the envelope (1) to the body of the drive tool (5). The connecting end (3) is configured to be able to pass through the ring and rotate freely inside the ring when it is driven by a rotating drive tool (5). The connecting piece (3), the ring and the envelope comprise means (22, 34, 14) which cooperate to form a sealed barrier between the inside and the outside of the envelope (1) at the level of the opening (12). Le dispositif comporte une enveloppe (1) souple destinée à confiner l'outil d'entrainement (5), un embout de liaison (3), pour se coupler à l'instrument chirurgical percutané par une extrémité et à l'outil d'entrainement (5) par son autre extrémité en traversant l'enveloppe par une ouverture (12), ainsi qu'une bague tubulaire (2) positionnée sur la surface interne de l'enveloppe (1) au niveau de l'ouverture (12) et configurée pour solidariser l'enveloppe (1) au corps de l'outil d'entrainement (5). L'embout de liaison (3) est configuré pour pouvoir traverser la bague et tourner librement à l'intérieur de la bague lorsqu'il est entrainé par outil d'entrainement en rotation (5). L'embout de liaison (3), la bague et l'enveloppe comportent des moyens (22, 34, 14) qui coopèrent pour former une barrière étanche entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur de l'enveloppe (1) au niveau de l'ouverture (12).
