Disclosed is a tree planting vehicle. The tree planting vehicle comprises lifting supports, a steel cover, a water tank, a vehicle body, foldable supports, an indicating lamp, wheels, return springs, a drilling bit, water sprayers and a headstock. The lifting supports are disposed on a front side and a back side of the vehicle body, and same quantities of the lifting supports are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the vehicle body. The water sprayers are connected to a lower end of the water tank, and bottom ends of the water sprayers are higher than bottom ends of the wheels. The foldable supports are moveably linked to side surfaces of the lifting supports by means of pulleys. The drilling bit is mounted at the lower ends of the foldable supports. The return springs are disposed in inner side of the drilling bit and are screw-type springs on the whole. Every two water sprayers are parallelly disposed.
