PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition having excellent antistatic property while preventing contamination on an adherend.SOLUTION: The adhesive composition comprises: (A) a first (meth)acrylic resin containing a structural unit derived from an alkyl (meth)acrylate in a content ratio of 50 mass% or more with respect to the entire structural units and a structural unit derived from a monomer having a hydroxyl group; (B) an ionic solid containing an organic cation and having a melting point of 25°C or higher; (C) a second (meth)acrylic resin containing a structural unit derived from a monomer having a polyoxyalkylene group; and (D) a dimethyl polysiloxane compound having a polyoxyalkylene group in the molecule. In the composition, a ratio (C/D in terms of a mass ratio) of the (C) second (meth)acrylic resin to the (D) dimethylpolysiloxane compound ranges from 95/5 to 70/30.
