PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing apparatus which performs stable deodorization and is economical.SOLUTION: The deodorizing apparatus for gas G1 containing a malodorous component has: an atomizing means 25 for turning a neutralizing liquid X into dry fog Wd a mixing/agitating means 27 for mixing and agitating the dry fog Wd of the neutralizing liquid X provided by the atomizing means 25 and the gas G1 containing the malodorous component an adsorbent mixing means 28, 28A, B for mixing a powdery adsorbent Y with the gas G1 subjected to processing of the mixing/agitating means 27 and a filter 29B through which the gas G1 with the adsorbent Y mixed by the adsorbent mixing means 28, 28A, B passes.
