PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the degree of freedom in setting a sensitivity region.
SOLUTION: A coil group G1 is constituted by arraying element coils 21-1 to 21-4. A coil group G2 is constituted by arraying element coils 22-1 to 22-4. The coil group G1 and the coil group G2 are arranged to shift from each other so that the element coils 21-1 to 21-4 and the element coils 22-1 to 22-3 do not confront with each other. Capacitors 23-1 to 23-4, 25-1 to 25-4, 31-1 to 31-4, 33-1 to 33-4, coils 26-1 to 26-4, 34-1 to 34-4, and PIN diodes 27-1 to 27-4, 28-1 to 28-4, 35-1 to 35-4, 36-1 to 36-4 alternatively validate the coil groups G1, G2 according to a first and second control signals.
