The present invention relates to a gel attaching device for a sterile ultrasound guided procedure. The gel attaching device for a sterile ultrasound guided procedure, which is used in an ultrasound probe having a contact unit in contact with a skin formed therein, comprises: a cover unit formed to cover a contact unit of an ultrasound probe and formed to have an area which is relatively greater than the contact unit； and a gel having one side in contact with the cover unit and the other side in contact with the contact unit of the ultrasound probe.본 발명은 무균 초음파 시술용 젤 부착 장치에 관한 것으로, 피부와 접하는 접촉부가 형성된 초음파 프로브에 사용되는 무균 초음파 시술용 젤 부착 장치로서, 상기 초음파 프로브의 접촉부를 감싸도록 형성되고, 상기 접촉부보다 상대적으로 큰 면적을 가지도록 형성되는 커버부 및 일측은 상기 커버부에 접하고 타측은 상기 초음파 프로브의 접촉부와 접하도록 형성되는 젤을 포함한다.
