PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten the burden on a user by determining whether a noise level appearing in a radiation image is within a permissible range by a radiation imaging device.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device includes a plurality of sensors forming pluralities of rows and columns, a drive part 120 which drives the plurality of sensors, row by row, a detection part 150 which detects a start of irradiation with radiation, and a control part 160, and performs first control to control the drive part to repeatedly initialize the plurality of sensors, row by row, before the irradiation with radiation starts and second control to control the drive part so that the initialization is interrupted in response to detection of the start of the irradiation with radiation by the detection part and then the plurality of sensors output signals.
