The invention relates to a dividing drum comprising at least one longitudinal rod (2) running parallel to the rotational axis of the drum, said rod being preferably radially adjustable by means of at least one cam guide (3) during the rotation of the drum housing (10). The drum also comprises a number of pistons (4) which lie further out along the radius relative to the longitudinal rod (2) and which can be radially adjusted by the longitudinal rod (2) by means of a respective ram rod (1). The length of the individual ram rods (1) can be modified.
