PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon and the like preventing a passing property into a narrow section from being impaired.SOLUTION: In a balloon 10 for a balloon catheter 29, an outside diameter D2 of a portion in a second cylindrical part 12 side of a first cylindrical section 11 and an outside diameter D3 in a third cylindrical part 13 side of the first cylindrical section 11 have a same diameter when no treatment pressure is applied thereto.
