PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional magnetic necklace in which a necklace body part is configured to be evenly magnetized as in the prior art literature (see the patent literature 1 through 4), with no magnetic force generating substance specified, and in which the necklace is not structured to notice the circulation parts of the blood and lymph of the body neck part, so that the necklace is not an effective invention for stiff shoulder and blood flow promotion.SOLUTION: In the necklace of the present invention, on the basis of the structure of the body neck part described earlier, there are set the size and the place of arrangement of permanent magnets which is the configuration section of the necklace. Further, by what is called "hormesis effect" generated by the use of radium ceramic in the configuration section of the necklace, an optimum form is provided in which reinforcement of the immune system can be expected, as well as activation of cells, stabilization of the autonomic nervous system incidental to metabolism of lactic acid accumulated in the body, recovery of fatigue, improvement and promotion of the blood flow.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来のいわゆる磁気ネックレスは、下記の先行技術文献(特許文献1乃至4参照)のとおりネックレス本体部分に均一的に磁気を帯びさせるような構造をとっており、磁力の発生物質も特定されないことが多いことや、更に人体頸部の血液及びリンパ液の循環箇所を意識した構造は取っておらず、以って肩こりや血流促進に対する効果的な発明とは言えなかった。【解決手段】そこで本発明では、上述した人体頸部の構造に基づき、ネックレスの構成部である永久磁石の大きさと配置箇所を設定し、更にネックレスの構成部にラジウムセラミックを使用することにより発生する、いわゆる「ホルミシス効果」によって免疫系の強化作用、細胞の活性化作用、体内に蓄積された乳酸を代謝することに伴う自律神経の安定化、疲労回復、血流の改善と促進が期待できる最適な形で提供する。
