Described herein are methods for delivering a combination of a cytostatic agent (eg, temsirolimus or paclitaxel) and dexamethasone to the tissue surrounding a blood vessel to treat a vascular disease. Also disclosed are injectable compositions of cytostatics (eg, temsirolimus or paclitaxel) and dexamethasone for delivery into tissues surrounding blood vessels to treat vascular disease.
