PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, program, and method for psychological data collection that are capable of collecting psychological data representing a subjects feeling expressed by a plurality of parameters with small linguistic influence on the data, in a short time with a light burden on the subject.SOLUTION: A psychological data collection device 1a according to the present invention comprises: a touch panel 12 in which display means for displaying a two-dimensional coordinate plane 20 is integrated with input means into which feeling data expressed by a combination of two parameters is input and storage means for storing the input feeling data.
