A pet reaction recognition system comprises a main body, a physiological reaction sensor, a prompting module and a processing module. The main body is put on a pet. The physiological reaction sensor is fixed on the pet to capture a physiological reaction sensing signal of the pet. The prompting module is fixed on the main body for receiving a driving signal so as to generate a warning message. Wherein, the driving signal is used to control the warning level of the warning message. The processing module is fixed on the main body and electrically connected to the physiological reaction sensor and the prompting module.
